-Made RedStones tradeable.
-You can now get rid of your starter weapons.
-Changed specs starting item to a UMT.

-Manual Mining tools have been removed and wiped, to prevent +4 ore hacking.

-Class Refine pills are now tradable.

-Applied a different exp fix, You should no longer get the 99.99% exp bug or a negative amount of exp. We are still testing this fix.
-Increased the ore deposit.
-Chips HP has been increased by 3x. Will increase more if needed.
-Chip war is now at the correct time. It has been moved one hour back.
