ive been playin this game for 6 years already...and i havent seen a "wind dagger"...only knives, swords, spears, staffs, bows and firearms...except for the dagger pvp weapon at point npc...

1. Basically get a Weapon tool, Ability Extractor, Ability Combiner, Silver Catalysts, and Gold Catalysts from Tool NPC.
2. Purchase a wind weapon from Weapon Type-A NPC.
3. Buy Belief Talic and Restoration Talic from vending players (Restoration Talics are also available from Talic Collector NPC).
4. Gather all the booty items you'll need for producing the dagger (BliDend from Young Flyms and Firstalium from processed Black Ores[from Lazhuwardians]) and produce the dagger with the Weapon Tool.
5. Collect at least 30 Purple Excelsiars.
6. Extract the Ability from the Wind Weapon at Hero NPC (Simply click Combine and put the Wind weapon, Ability Extractor, and the Restoration Talic on the slots). After you have extracted the Wind Ability thing; put on the 10 pieces of Purple Excelsiars, 2 pieces of Gold Catalysts and 5 pieces of Silver Catalysts (these materials will produce Purple Type-A Excelsiar).
7. Combine all that you have collected; Purple Type-A Exelsiar + Belief Talic + Ability Combiner + Wind Ability (not really sure how many, try 1 or 2 pieces at a time) + Dagger = Wind Dagger.
