Comparing a +4 perf Leon's Hora Staff VERSUS a +5 DS

Can any pro players give some insights or opinions regarding these items and which is more preferrable for a warlock to use?

i hate the super low end damage of Leon Weaps.

oh and also, ive noticed that +2 elven staff and +4 perf LHS have similar min-max damage.. correct me if im wrong :biggrin:

elven Staff=bigger base damage

Leon=lower base damage

so if you use burst and other attack modifiers..

thats when Elven Weapons pawn Leons.

Leons staff has pitiful low end, and unless your xclassed to a melee/ranger, your going to hit that low end every time, so for a warlock, they suck hardcore. Hell, even for most xclasses they will still suck.

Leons bows work so well mostly due to the huge crit bonus they get (srsly, 30 crit on a bow is just OP). My leons +4 bow displays about 800 less damage than an int+5 BSB, yet hits its high end every time and is thus much more effective for killing.

+2 Vengeances have less displayed stat than a MEDB, but you wont hit as hard without extra crit buffs (xclass). The Vengeance is better for pure templars.

Hey dude believe me asc +2 sucks lolz in bells i ahv a elven staff +2, a Ds +5 and i had a asc+2[traded it for a LHB +4] and when i compared them.. , not by mere damage instead i took it to pvp, dude ASC sucks so much.. so for comaprison i would say this :

ES +2 > DS +5 > LHS +4 > asc +2

i think that the rihgt order ASC only good thign is the debuff men and not even i wish it gives out good debuff liek elem burn or ensenare that are essentials for mage pvp

Relic staff gives ensnare debuff..... used to do constrict.
